RESOLUTION NO. 85-18320
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-17573,
CREATING THE MAYOR'S AD HOC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
COUNCIL, SO AS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MAYORAL
APPOINTMENTS FROM FIVE TO TEN MEMBERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 83-17573, be amended so as to increase
the number of appointments to be made by the Mayor from
five (5) to ten (10) members, said resolution being known as the Mayor's .
Ad Hoc Development Council.
SECTION 2: That all remaining provisions of Resolution No. 83-17573,
shall be in full force and effect.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.
