A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE .
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
ABANDONMENT OF AN EXISTING TEN FOOT EASEMENT
LOCATED ALONG REAR PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 2 , 3
AND 14, BLOCK 13 , BEACH VIEW ADDITION
SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 10 (441 WEST
62ND STREET) AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF AN
ALTERNATE FIVE FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AS PER
THE ATTACHED SKETCH.
WHEREAS, the abandonment, vacation, disclaimer, and
surrender of the subject property is deemed to be non-injurous to
the interest of the City of Miami Beach and its citizens; and
WHEREAS , the Public Works Department of the City of
Miami Beach recommends the City accept a five foot utility
easement as per the attached sketch to replace the one being
abandoned
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA authorizes the abandonment of
an existing ten foot easement located along rear property line of
lots 2, 3, and 14 , block 13, Beaeh'Vew addition subdivision, plat
book 16, page 10 (441 West 62nd Street) and accepting dedication
of an alternate five foot utility easement as per the attached
sketch.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of January__, 1986
