A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, .REQUESTING THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER
APPLICABLE AGENCY TO SHORTEN THE CHANGING
CYCLE OF CERTAIN LIGHTS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
OF MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS, certain lights on Miami Beach have lengthy
changing cycles; and
WHEREAS, such lengthy cycles inhibit the free flow of
traffic within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE . CITY COMMISSION
OF THE. CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA requests the Department of
Transportation or other applicable agency to shorten .the changing
cycle of certain lights within the city limits of Miami Beach.
