A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-18095
TO ADD HOTEL PERMIT TO THE CATEGORIES AND
SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE USE OF GOLF COURSES
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, EFFECTIVE JANUARY
22, 1986
'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
That effective January 22, 1986, the category to provide for issuance of Hotel
Permits on the City's golf courses shall be reinstated, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the fee for Hotel Permit shall be $1,300
annually, so as to allow one foursome to play per day (greens fees only), and to be used by
Miami Beach hotel and ;,motel guests with a residency of 6 months or. less.
Allocation of the aforesaid permits shall be accomplished through Administrative order.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 1986
