RESOLUTION NO. 86-18351
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND
TOUCHE ROSS & CO. AND DATA ACQUISITION,
INC. CONSULTANTS FOR COMPREHENSIVE
TELECOMMUNICATION AND DATA PROCESSING
MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement between the City
of Miami Beach and Touche Ross & Co. and Data Acquisition,Inc., Professional
Consultants Services relative to a Comprehensive Telecommunications and Data
Processing Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of the Agreement and
the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to
execute the Agreement, between the City of Miami Beach and Touche Ross &
Co. and Data Acquisition, Inc., for Professional Consultants Services relative for
a Comprehensive Telecommunication and Data Processing Master Plan for the
City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 22nd day of January , 1986.
