A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH I .B.S. FLEA MARKETS, INC. FOR
THE USE OF THE NORTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER FEBRUARY 27- MARCH 9 , 1987 ,
JUNE 5 - JUNE 15, 1987, AND .NOVEMBER 13-23,
1987 .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
I .B.S. FLEA MARKETS, INC.
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
THE NORTH HALL OF THE
MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
for the event known as
THREE WORLD' S LARGEST FLEA MARKETS
on FEBRUARY 27-MARCH 9, 1987
JUNE 5 -JUNE 15, 1987
NOVEMBER 13- NOVEMBER 23, 1987
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and _ -
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised - of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said agree-
ment and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said agreement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to ex-
ecute the above-described agreement on behalf of the City, and
that the Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
