A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE 3RD
AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1985/86, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN INCREASES IN
EXPENDITURES AND CORRESPONDING INCREASES IN
REVENUES IN THE AMOUNT OF $81,265.
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1986, the City of Miami Beach received $86,265.16
from Abrams and Abrams, P.A.; and
WHEREAS, the disbursement of these funds to the City of Miami Beach were in
compliance with the Court's Order relating to the remainder of the 100 Lincoln Road
Apartments and Southgate Apartments Settlement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, during previous meetings, had committed to
fund certain events/projects in the amount of $13,000 and to reimburse a loan of $5,000
from the General Fund Balance from the proceeds of these revenues; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has determined that certain other increases in
expenditures in the amount of $68,265 are necessary in order to provide for the operations
of the City;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida has ascertained that the following amendments to the revenue and
expenditure projections for Fiscal Year 1985/86 are adopted, thereby amending the General
Operating Budget to $65,612,730 as follows:
