A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN JACK R. FIDLER,
FOR THE POSITION OF SPECIAL ASSISTANT, AND THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, The City of Miami Beach wishes to employ Jack
R. Fidler and Jack R. Fidler wishes to be employed by the City of
Miami Beach in the position of Special Assistant to the City
Manager.
WHEREAS, an Employment Agreement has been prepared by
the office of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to execute the Employment Agreement between Jack R.
Fidler, for the Position of Special Assistant, and the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1986 .
