RESOLUTION NO. .86-18382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND
SPECIAL EVENTS AGREEMENT WITH SHARON HOPE
COLLINS , FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY INTERN AND
AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACTS FOR MARIE CANAVES,
MARGARITA RUSSELL AND SHIRLEY KOPPLE
WHEREAS, the Director of the Bass Museum recommends
amendments to the existing contracts for Marie Canaves, Margarita
Russell and Shirley Kopple.
WHEREAS, the Director of the Bass Museum recommends a
professional services contract with Sharon Hope Collins, a Florida
State University Intern, to serve as Publications Coordinator and
Graphic Designer between 2/1/86 and 1/1/87.
WHEREAS , the Administration recommends such action and
appropriate agreements have been approved' as to form by the City
Attorney.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miathi Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the City to enter into the
above described contract and amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Professional
Services and Special Events Agreement with Sharon Hope Collins,
Florida State University Intern and Amendments to the Contracts
for Marie Canaves, Margarita Russell and Shirley Kopple.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of February , 1986 .
