RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A ONE YEAR
REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF A SEAWALL
ADJACENT TO A MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT P-18,
NORTH OF SIXTY-FIFTH STREET ON INDIAN CREEK
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Sightseeing Cruises, Inc. , d.b.a Dixie
Belle Cruises has requested a one year permit for the use of the
municipal seawall adjacent to municipal parking lot P-18, north of
65th Street on Indian Creek Drive for the docking of vessels and
the discharging and collection of passengers for sightseeing
cruises; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it to be in the best
interest of the City to grant said one year permit, for the
promotion of recreational activities for Miami Beach tourists.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
theity Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a revocable one
year permit for the use of seawall adjacent to municipal parking
lot P-18, which is located North of Sixty-Fifth Street. on Indian
Creek Drive.
