RESOLUTION NO . 86-18403
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND THE
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DATED
JANUARY 28 , 1985 FOR THE PROVISION OF
MANAGERIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ,
PROVIDING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF OVERHEAD
EXPENSES FROM THE AGENCY TO THE CITY FOR
SUCH SERVICES , AND RENEWING SAID AGREEMENT
. ' FOR ONE (1) YEAR.

WHEREAS , the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach Redevelopment
Agency entered into an agreement for managerial and administrative
services on January 28 , 1985 ; and
. WHEREAS , an amendment is desired .whereby the agreement is to be
renewed for one (1) year; and
WHEREAS , the amendment shall provide for the crediting of reim-
bursement for overhead expenses of managerial and administrative •
services provided by City personnel to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
. CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT the Mayor is authorized to execute
an amendment to the agreement between the City of Miami Beach and
the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency dated January 28 , 1985 , for the
providing for reimbursement of overhead expenses from the Agency to
the City for such services ; and renewing said agreement for one (1)
year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 190a day of ,March , 1986.
