A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND GILMORE BROADCAST-
ING CORP. d/b/a LOVE 94 FOR THE PROMOTION OF
THE ACTIVITIES KNOWN AS "BITE OF THE BEACH"
AND "FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE" .
WHEREAS, City wishes to have Love 94 promote the activities
known as "Bite of the Beach" and "Friday Night _Live" to be held at
South Pointe Park; and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been prepared, has been
recommended by the City Manager and approved as to form by the
City Attorney.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Agreement between
the City of Miami Beach and Gilmore Broadcasting Corp. d/b/a Love
94 for the promotion of the activities known as "Bite of the
Beach" and "Friday Night Live" .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1986 .
