A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND HERBERT M .
SCHWARTZ & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
41ST STREET OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1986 the City Commission authorized the
Administration to negotiate with Herbert M. Schwartz
Architectural/Engineering services for the 41st Street Off-Street
Parking Project;
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared and has been recom-
mended by the City Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Agreement between
the City of Miami Beach and the Herbert M. Schwartz & Associates,
Inc. for Architectural/Engineering Services for the 41st Street
Off-Street Parking Project, to be appropriated from fund 4382 ' in
the amount of $29,700 .
