RESOLUTION NO. 86-18467
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND
TOUCHE ROSS & CO. AND DATA ACQUISITION, INC.
CONSULTANTS FOR COMPREHENSIVE TELECOMMUNICA-
TION AND DATA PROCESSING MASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to accomplish the pur-
poses of the Amendment to Agreement between the City of Miami
Beach and Touche Ross & Co. and Data Acquisition, Inc. for Profes-
sional Consultants Services relative to a Comprehensive Telecom-
munications and Data Processing Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of the
Amendment to Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to
form,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized execute the Amendment to Agreement between
the City of Miami Beach and Touche Ross & Co. and Data
Acquisition, Inc. , for the Professional Consultants Service rela-
tive for a Comprehensive Telecommunication and Data Processing
Master Plan for the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1986.
