SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2020-239-KB, for a
Revenue Sharing Agreement for the Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Bus
Shelters and other Street Furniture
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation To
Negotiate (ITN) No. 2020-239-KB, which seeks to contract with qualified firms for the design,
construction, operation and maintenance of new bus shelters, digital advertising panels and other
components pursuant to the City's approved design or an alternative bus shelter design proposed that
would be subject to the City's approval.
The City received proposals pursuant to this ITN on January 7, 2021. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN .
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Tonya Daniels, Director of Marketing & Communications, City of Miami Beach
• Rogelio Madan, Chief of Chief of Community Planning & Sustainability, Planning
Department, City of Miami Beach
• Milos Majstorovic, Transportation Manager, Transportation and Mobility Department,
• City of Miami Beach
• Nelson Perez-Jacome, City Engineer, Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach
• Frank Quintana, Deputy Chief Information Officer, Information Technology, City of Miami
Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
