RESOLUTION NO. 86-18507
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-18337,
CREATING THE SOUTH POINTE PARK AD HOC COMMITTEE, BY
REDUCING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERSHIP TO SEVEN (7)
MEMBERS WITH EACH COMMISSIONER APPOINTING ONE (1)
MEMBER
WHEREAS, the South Pointe Park Committee currently has fourteen (14)
members with each Commissioner appointing two (2) members; and,
WHEREAS, the Rules and Special Events Committee and the Chairman of the
South Pointe Park Ad Hoc Committee are recommending that the membership be reduced to
seven (7) members with each Commissioner appointing one (1) member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach approves the reduction in membership of the South Pointe Park Ad Hoc Committee
from fourteen (14) members to seven (7) with each Commissioner appointing one (1) member
to the Committee.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of July , 1986.
