A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST
ACCOUNT FOR THE REMAINDER OF FISCAL YEAR 1985/86.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
hereby adopts the proposed operating budget for Police Confiscation Trust Account, a
true and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein by reference, and
the monies therein be and the same are hereby appropriated as follows:

SUBJECT: POLICE CONFISC • TION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR REMAINDER OF FISCAL
YEAR 1985/86
The Administration has prepared an analysis of expenditures from the Police Confiscation
Trust Account for the remainder of FY 1985/86, which is expected to total $32,200. The
revenue•is derived from confiscated property awarded to the Police Department pursuant to
F.S.S. 932 Contraband Forfeiture Act.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the proposed operating
budget for the remainder of FY 1985/86 for the Police Confiscation Trust Account and
appropriate funding.
