A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING AS
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH'S OFFICIAL BULLETIN
BOARD THAT BULLETIN BOARD WHICH IS LOCATED ON
THE EAST SIDE OF CITY HALL BORDERING
CONVENTION CENTER DRIVE, AT THE ENTRANCE DOORS
DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE FOUNTAIN.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute §286.011 all
meetings of any City board or commission at which official acts
will be taken shall be opened to the public; and
WHEREAS, for purposes of ensuring adequate notice of
said public meetings, the City will afford notice thereof via the
posting of notices on its official bulletin board which is located
on the east side of City Hall bordering on Convention Center
Drive, at the entrance doors directly opposite the fountain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that it hereby
designates as its "official bulletin board" that bulletin board
which is located on the east side of City Hall bordering on
Convention Center Drive, at the entrance doors opposite the
fountain .
