RESOLUTION NO. 86-18565
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-18514 CHANGING
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ESCROW AGENT ON THE CITY OF _ 4. t-of
MIAMI BEACH, GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS,
SERIES 1986.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach provided
for the General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 1986, in Resolution
Numbers 86-18489 adopted June 18, 1986, and 86-18514 adopted July 23, 1986,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best interests of
the City to issue these Bonds at the least cost of issuance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION amend
Resolution No. 86-18514 appointing Southeast Bank N.A. as Escrow Agent
in place of Chemical Bank, New York.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1986.
