A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-
17556 ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR MAKING
PHOTOGRAPHS OR COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, AMENDING THE PREVIOUSLY
ADOPTED FEE SCHEDULE TO REFLECT ACTUAL PER UNIT
COSTS AND TWO ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES, CITY AGENDA
TITLES AND CITY AGENDA.
WHEREAS, City of Miami Beach Resolution No. 83-17556 established fees
and charges for making photographs or copies of City of Miami Beach Public Records; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes regarding Public Records
establishes that the actual cost of duplication may be charged as copying charges; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has determined that the following charges
are reasonable and in conformance with the law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the rate schedule as provided in City of
Miami Beach Resolution No. 83-17556 for photographs AND copies hereinabove authorized
and provided for shall be amended to read as follows:
