A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 84-17751, SUPPORTING
RECONSTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE
SO AS TO CONSIST OF VISITOR AND CONVENTION
AUTHORITY MEMBERS AND TWO MEMBERS OF CITY
COMMISSION WITH COMMISSION MEMBERS HAVING
TWO VOTES
WHEREAS, on September 17, 1986, the City Commission
supported reconstructing the Special Events Committee so as to
consist of Visitor and Convention Authority Members and Two
Members of the City Commission, with Commission members having
two votes
WHEREAS, the reconstructing of this Special Events Committee
is vital to the functioning of the Special Events Committee, and
the City Commission urges reconstruction of the Special Events
Committee.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that they wholeheartedly
support and endorse the reconstruction of the Special Events
Committee so as to consist of Visitor and Convention Authority
members and two members of City Commission, with Commission
members each having two votes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September , 1986 .
