A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
CONCESSION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH AND GOLD STAR, INC. FOR
OPERATION OF A VALET PARKING SERVICE AT
THE THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS
(T.O.P.A.)
WHEREAS, the City Administration , through the
Department of Purchasing and Property Management issued a Bid
Number 148-85/87 for the Operation of a Valet Parking Service at
the Theater. . of the Performing Arts (T. O. P .A , )
and
WHEREAS, a Bid was received from Gold Star , Inc . ;
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Concession Agreement has been
negotiated and the City Manager has recommended its execution and
the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Concession Agreement
between the City of Miami Beach and Gold Star , Inc . for operation
of a Valet Park i ng • Sery i ce at the Theater- of the Performing Arts
(T. O. P .A. )
