RESOLUTION NO. 86-18629
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SETTING A VALET
PARKING FEE FOR THE THEATER OF THE
PERFORMING ARTS (T.O.P.A.)
WHEREAS, a Valet Parking Concession Agreement has been entered into
for a Valet Parking Service at the Theater of the Performing Arts (T.O.P.A.); and
WHEREAS, an experimental Valet Parking service during the 1985-86
T.O.P.A. season operated successfully at a $5.00 per vehicle fee; and
WHEREAS, a review of Valet Parking fees in Dade and Broward County
established that a $5.00 fee per vehicle is a fair parking fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, to set a Valet Parking Fee for the
T=heater -of the Performing Arts (T.O.P.A.) at Five ($5.00) Dollars per vehicle.
