A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach and Dade County,
Florida wish to enter into an agreement under which mutual aid may
be requested and rendered regarding police operations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, for the Mayor to
execute a mutual aid agreement between City of Miami Beach and
Dade County, Florida.
This Resolution shall be effective as of
October 15 , 1986 .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October ,
1986 .
