RESOLUTION NO. 86-18655
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH SABAL PALM RECORD SHOP FOR THE USE OF ROOM 102-
103 OF THE SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION
CENTER DECEMBER 27 & 28, 1986 .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
SABAL PALM RECORD SHOP
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit :
ROOMS 102-103 OF THE SOUTH HALL OF THE
MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
on
DECEMBER 27 & 28, 1986
for the event known as
HAITIAN DANCE
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been
prepared by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions, of the said lease
agreement and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to executethe above-
described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the
Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED. and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986 .
