A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING BUDGETS OF $1,271,098 FOR THE
SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON
THE FIRST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1986 AND ENDING ON THE 30TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1987 .
- BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission hereby adopts the
proposed FY 1986/1987 budgets for the special revenue funds as
listed below, with the monies therein be and the same are hereby
appropriated in the same amount for both revenues and expenditures.
BE IT ALSO DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that all expenditures on these accounts must
receive prior written approval from the Office of Management and
Budget before any and all costs are incurred.

BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING BUDGETS OF $1, 271,098 FOR THE
SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON
THE FIRST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1986 AND ENDING ON THE 30TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1987.
Each year , the City prepares a budget which lists and projects
various revenues and expenditures for special projects. . As a
result, the attached resolutiondetails thespecial revenue
budgets for those departments which utilize a special revenuefund .
for their programs. These are all self-sustaining funds which
operate using the revenues earned from the various projectsand
grants for the City. All expenditures reflected on the attached
resolution must have prior written approval from the Office of
Management and Budget, which ensures that sufficient funding has
been 'earned to incur any and all costs..
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the
attached resolution appropriating the FY 1986/1987 proposed .
operating budgets totalling $1,271,098 for all Special Revenue
Funds,
