MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-1863.0 FOR
POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR
1986/87 SO AS TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREOF.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
hereby adopts the amendment to the operating budget for Police Confiscation Trust
Account, a true and correct listing of which is included and incorporated herein by
reference, and the monies therein_be and the same are hereby appropriated as follows:

POLICE CONFISCATION TRUST ACCOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR '1986/1987
The Administration requests an amendment to the operating budget for . .the Police
Confiscation Trust Account to appropriate anadditional $61,800 to provide funding for the
purchase of a Surveillance Van and monthly rental fee for a cellular mobile telephone, and
to encumber funds for the rental of a U-Haul Truck for the transportation of contraband
materials. The additional appropriation will increase the Police Confiscation budget to a
total of $136,084 for :the fiscal year 1986/87. The 'revenueisderived from confiscated
property awarded to thea Police Department pursuant to• F.S.S. 932, Contraband Forfeiture
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends that the City Commission adopt the operating budget for
the Police Confiscation Trust Account and appropriate funding..
