RESOLUTION NO. 86-18679
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE BID TO THE LOWEST AND
BEST BIDDER MEETING SPECIFICATIONS, SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A.
AND APPOINTING SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A. AS REGISTRATION
AND/OR PAYING AGENT TO THE BOND FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach desired to issue a Bond To
provide cost avoidance in management of existing bond repayment,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach advertised their desire to
obtain bids on October 17, 1986, opened for bids November 12 ,
1986 , mailed eight ( 8) specifications to bidders and received
seven (7) replies to the specifications, and
WHEREAS. Southeast Bank, N.A. was the lowest and best bidder
meeting the specifications as Registration and/or Paying Agent to
the Bond Funds. •
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY -COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA , to authorize the City
Commission to award the bid the lowest and best bidder meeting
specifications, Southeast Bank , N. A. and appointing Southeast
Bank, N.A. as registration and/or paying agent to the bond funds.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November , 1986 .
