A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
':CO BE HELD MARCH 17 , 1976, RELATIVE TO THE
ISSUANCE, VALIDATION AND SUBSEQUENT SALE OF
$6 , 000, 000 PARKING REVENUE BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing is hereby called to
be held on March 17, 1976 , beginning at 3: 00 p.m. , in the Council
Chambers, Cypress Room, South Hall of the Miami Beach Convention
Center, to consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the
issuance, validation and subsequent sale of $6 ,000 ,000 Parking
Revenue Bonds . Funds derived from the subsequent sale of said
bonds will be used for the purpose of payingthe cost of acquiring
additional automobile parking facilities and of equipping and
improving parking facilities for the City of Miami Beach (auto-
, mobile parking facilities, being defined as any lot or lots,
buildings and structures, above, at or below the surface of the
street or earth, either on the street or off the street, or both,
including parking meters, equipment, entrances , exits, fencing and
all other accessories necessary or desirable for the regulation,
control and the parking of vehicles , either on the street or off
the street) , including the Lincoln Lane West Garage, pursuant to
action by the City Council on January 15 , 1975.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of Fe.='uary, 1976.
