RESOLUTION NO. 86-18703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
VOICE AND DATA TELECOMMUNICATIONS
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH AND FUTURE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
INC. FOR PROVIDING VOICE AND DATA
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AT THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
WHEREAS , the City Administration , through the
Department of Purchasing and Property Management solicited a
Request for Proposal ( RFP 106-85/90 ) for Providing Voice and Data
Telecommunications Services at the City of Miami Beach Convention
Center ;
and
WHEREAS, a Proposal was received from Future
Telecommunications , Inc . ;
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Agreement has been negotiated ,
the City Manager has recommended its execution and the City
Attorney has approved it as to form, as attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Voice and Data
Telecommunications Agreement between the City of Miami Beach and
Future Telecommunications , Inc . , for Providing Voice and Data
Telecommunications Services at the City of Miami Beach Convention
Center .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of December , 1986.
