RESOLUTION NO. 86-18705
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH AND RUSTIN LEVENSON FOR
EMERGENCY CONSERVATION PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Bass Museum, through the Department of
Purchasing and Property Management , requested a Professional
Services Contract for Emergency and Restorative Conservation work
on art work; and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Agreement has been negotiated
with Rustin Levinson and the City Manager has recommended its
execution and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Professional Services
Agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Rustin Levenson for
Emergency Resorative Conservation Services .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of December , 1986.
