A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE WARRANTY DEEDS, BILLS OF
SALE, NO-LIEN AFFIDAVITS, AND SUCH OTHER CLOSING
DOCUMENTS AS ARE REQUIRED TO TRANSFER TO THE
STATE OF FLORIDA PARCELS 2, 4, 9H AND 9I
IN THE NORTH SHORE OPEN SPACE PARK EXPANSION
PLAN.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No . 86-18694 adopted on
December 4, 1986 , the City of Miami Beach entered into agreements
with the Owners of the above described parcels to purchase said
parcels , and entered into agreements for sale of the same
properties to the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the agreements entered into with the
owners , the purchase of said properties by the City shall be
closed on or before December 30, 1986 .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute warranty deeds, bills of sale,
no-lien affadavits , and such other closing documents as are
required to transfer to the State of Florida parcels 2, 4 ,
9H and 9I in the North Shore Open Space Park Expansion Plan.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December , 1986 .
