DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
RESOLUTION NO. 87-18722
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, to locate, construct and maintain or
improve a portion of 73rd Street Bridge in DADE County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said project
are owned by THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for a
conveyance of a portion of said lands of this City; and
UPON MOTION OF Commissioner Stanley H. Arkin and seconded by Vice Mayor
Bruce M. Singer, the City Commission does agree to authorize and direct its
Mayor Commissioner and City Clerk to execute the necessary instruments to
effect such conveyance.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1987.
