Resolution 87-18736 RESOLUTION NO. 87-18736 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF 5025 COLLINS AVENUE AND 4775 COLLINS AVENUE (NORTH AND SOUTH AREAS) IN CONSIDERATION OF THE USE OF THEIR PROPERTIES FOR PARKING DURING THE 13TH ANNUAL MIAMI BEACH FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS. WHEREAS, the property owners of the Beach Harbor Condo, 5025 Collins Avenue, the Hotel Meridian, 4775 Collins Avenue ( the paved northern end of the lot) , and the Marlin Property, also at 4775 Collins Avenue ( the unpaved southern end of the lot) , have offered the use of their properties for parking during the 13th Annual Miami Beach Festival of the Arts and WHEREAS, the owners of these properties have requested that the City hold them harmless and indemnify them for claims arising during the time of the City ' s utilization of their properties for the Festival of the Arts . NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the three Indemnification Agreements which are attached hereto, indemnifying the property owners for claims relating to the City ' s use of their properties for the 13th Annual Miami Beach Festival of the Arts. PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 21st day of January, 1987 .
