A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING MIAMI
BEACH MARINE AUTHORITY' S RECOMMENDATION TO .
APPROVE AN EXTENSION INTO THE WATERWAY AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 420 WEST SAN MARINEO DRIVE ,
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida unanimously approved an extension into the waterway
of a dock six feet wide with mooring piles to extend a distance of
fifty-one feet into Biscayne Bay.
WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami
Beach believes that allowing said extension into the waterway would
not be detrimental to the surrounding areas; and
WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami
Beach feels wholeheartedly this extension into the waterway should
also be approved by the City Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA THAT the City Commission
adopt the Miami Beach Marine Authorty' s recommendation and grant an
extension into the waterway of a dock six feet wide with mooring
piles to extend a distance of fifty-one feet into Biscayne Bay,
at the property located at 420 West San Marino Drive .
