A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
ONE YEAR REVOCABLE PERMIT TO
SIGHTSEEING CRUISES, INC., FOR THE USE OF A
SEAWALL ADJACENT TO MUNICIPAL PARKING
LOT P-18 LOCATED NORTH OF SIXTY-FIFTH
STREET ON INDIAN CREEK DRIVE
WHEREAS, Sightseeing Cruises , Inc . , d .b . a . Dixie Belle
Cruises has requested a one year extension of City permission to
use the municipal seawall adjacent to municipal parking lot P-18 ,
north of 65th Street on Indian Creek Drive for the docking of
vessels and the discharging and collection of passengers for
sightseeing cruises ; and
WHEREAS, the original one year permit issued to
Sightseeing Cruises , Inc . , expires on February 20 , 1987 ; and
WHEREAS, Sightseeing Cruises , Inc . , have conducted their
operations in a safe and satisfactory manner ; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it to be in the best
interest of the City to grant said one year permit .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the one year
revocable permit attached hereto, for the use of the seawall
adjacent to municipal parking lot P- 18 , which is located North of
Sixty-Fifth Street on Indian Creek Drive.
