STATUS OF THE 42ND STREET STREETSCAPE PROJECT
Please find attached the letter sent to the Homeowner's Association and all residents on
sign-in sheets from prior meetings of the Orchard Park Neighborhood regarding the 42nd
Street Streetscape Project. The purpose of that letter was to advise those affected
residents of the reasons for the start and stop of construction. It is CIP's intention to move
quickly back in to construction with an expedited water main installation. A press release is
being prepared on this subject but should you continue to receive inquiries, you may wish
to re~,~m to the ClP Office for handling.
