Cultural Arts Council (MBCAC)
On March 5, 1999, the City Commission approved issuance of a Request for Proposals for the
MBCAC's marketing program to promote the image of Miami Beach as an innovative force in the
arts and to build audiences for cultural events in the city. Responses are due Friday, April 23.
Recommendations for the Evaluation Committee are as follows:
