The Miami Beach Community Development Corporation (MBCDC) will be hosting a charette titled
"Providing Affordable Housing in a Fully Built Environment" on Thursday, January 29th, at the Miami
Beach Botanical Garden, 2000 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach. The charette will be
conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event is free of charge and it includes a buffet-style
lunch. Space is limited and reservations are required.
The charette incorporates a panel discussion by a diverse group of representatives from the real
estate, architectural, and construction industries, as well as funding sources including the City. For
