The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC} is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of the
motion made by the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at their meeting on May 11, 2021.
MOTION:
The LGBTQ Advisory Committee recommends that the Mayor and City Commission defer item R5J
on tomorrow's Commission agenda to the June 23° Commission meeting to provide the Committee
ample time to explore and provide additional names for recognition.
