SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-090-KB for
Banking Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-090-KB, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified
institution for banking services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on April 23, 2021. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFO.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Evelyn Giles, Revenue Manager, Finance Department;
• Tameka Otto-Stewart, Director, Office of Management and Budget;
• Sara Patino, Treasury Manager, Finance Department;
• Frank Quintana, Deputy Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Operation; and
• Bryan Rosenfeld, Audit Committee Member, City of Miami Beach.
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
• Richard Ajami, Budget Officer, Office of Management and Budget;
• Rick Rivera, Pension Administrator, City Miami Beach Employees Retirement Plan; and
• Ozzy Macias, Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems, Information Technology.
