SOFNA endorses a binding ballot initiative, and asks that the commission strongly consider revising the language to make it a binding ballot initiative as opposed to a non-binding straw ballot initiative. We urge you to take action on this as swiftly and firmly as possible to protect our quality of life. Many thanks for all that you do!
