Dear Mayor & Commissioners,
The South of Fifth Neighborhood Association fully supports item R7 AA limiting alcohol sales to 2:00 a.m. in all
establishments South of 24th Street.
SOFNA endorses a binding ballot initiative, and asks that the commission strongly consider revising the language to
make it a binding ballot initiative as opposed to a non-binding straw ballot initiative.
We urge you to take action on this as swiftly and firmly as possible to protect our quality of life.
