SUBJECT: 9/11 Remembrance at Fire Station 2 on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021
The purpose of this L TC is to inform the Mayor and City Commission that the city will hold a
remembrance ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on Saturday
outside Fire Station 2. A moment of silence will be observed at 8:46 a .m. as first responders will
lower the American flag to half-staff.
Visitors and guests are asked to assemble behind the circle of first responders .
