Hudak, City Manager 10/7/2021 I 2:44 EDT DATE: SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-322-ND, for Utility Bill Auditing & Expense Reduction Consulting Services -Gas & Electric The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-322-ND. The RFQ is requesting qualifications from firms experienced in utility bill auditing and related expense reduction services, primarily for electric and gas utilities. On September 6, 2021, LTC# 367-2021 notified the City Commission that the City Manager had appointed an evaluation committee to review proposals received pursuant to the RFQ. However, it is necessary to make a change to the composition of the Evaluation Committee as indicated below. Therefore, the Evaluation Committee for this RFQ will now be comprised of the following individuals: •Berthoumieux, Alyssia, Sustainability Specialist, Environment and Sustainability Department: •Rodney Knowles, Greenspace Division Director, Public Works Department; •Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department; and •Elizabeth Miro, Assistant Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department; •Yanira Pineda, Sustainability Coordinator, Environment and Sustainability Department; I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: • Stephanie Campaniony, Financial Analyst Ill, Finance Department; • Amy Knowles, Chief Resiliency Officer, Office of the City Manager: • Santiago Sellan, Senior Administrative Manager, Facilities and Fleet Management Department; and •EliZaabeth Wheaton, Director, Em1ironment and Sustainability Department.
