LETTER TO COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a Run-Off Election has been called by the Mayor and City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to City Resolution No. 2021-31763, and will be held in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on November 16, 2021, to elect a two (2) City
Commissioners in Groups I and Ill, respectively, each of whom shall hold office for the terms as provided
by law.
At the November 16, 2021 Run-Off Election, the following shall be submitted to the duly registered and
qualified voters of the City of Miami Beach:

Miami-Dade County election officials shall conduct the Run-Off Election with acceptance of the
certification of the results of the Election to be performed by the Miami Beach City Commission. The
official returns for each precinct shall be furnished to the City Clerk of the City of Miami Beach as soon
as the ballots from all precincts have been tabulated.
A copy of the Official Sample Ballot for the November 16, 2021 Run-Off Election is attached .
