Hudak, City Mana� DATE: November 22, 2021 {_J-/{'t" 1 SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-207-AY Urban Forestry Services The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-207-AY, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm to perform urban consulting services and advanced tree care. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on November 12, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Michael Atkin, Superintendent, Public Works Department; •Juanita Ballesteros, Senior Resilience Analyst, City Manager's Office; •Omar Leon, Urban Forester, Environment and Sustainability Department; •Carlos Naumann, Contract Compliance Administrator, Parks and Recreation Department; and •Rodney Perez, Capital Projects Coordinator, Capital Improvement Projects Department. I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: •Rodney Knowles, Assistant Director, Public Works Department; •Yanira Pineda, Sustainability Coordinator, Environment and Sustainability Department; and •Alyssia Berthoumieux, Sustainability Specialist, Environment and Sustainability Department.
