SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-320-AY
Fitness Programming at Lummus Park
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-320-AY, which seeks to establish a contract to assist the Parks and
Recreation Department with programming fitness classes at Lummus Park.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on November 2, 2021. The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Paul DiMuont, Athletic Manager, Parks and Recreation Department;
•Stephanie Bernal, Office Associate V, Human Resource Department;
•Vianca Peron-Sellan, Administrative Services Manager, Parks and Recreation Department;
•David Nguah, Member, Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board; and
•Colin Summers, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director, City of Sunny Isles Beach.
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Cynthia Casanova, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department; and
•Carolina Jones, Member, Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board.
