Advisory Committee Motions
This Letter to the Commission ("L TC") provides an update regarding a motion passed at the November 17, 2021 meeting of the Ad Hoc North Beach CRA Advisory Committee.
Members in Attendance: Jose Smith (Chair), Daniel Veitia (Vice Chair), John Bowes, Romina Orozco-Encio, Betsy Perez, and David Sexton. Committee Member Manning Salazar was absent.
Motion: To encourage development of an informational resource guide to educate the
public on how to open a new business in Miami Beach.

Motion: To express support for the allocation of funding in the FY 2023 budget to
establish a North Beach CRA office or physical presence located within the
North Beach CRA district.
