SUBJECT: Motion by the Human Rights Committee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of a
motion made by the Human Rights Committee at their meeting on October 3, 2022.
MOTION: The Committee passed a resolution requesting the City Charter Review Committee to
change all binary references in our charter to neutral "they" or "them".
