At the January 21, 1998 Commission Meeting, Ms. Donna K. Bloom was appointed to the South
Pointe Advisory Board. The City Clerk's Office has determined that Ms. Bloom does not meet the
"owners or lessees of businesses located in the South Pointe area" requirement. Ms. Bloom's
appointment has been voided and a vacant position has been added to the Commission Memorandum
under Board and Committee appointments.
